How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. After your order is shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.


Do you offer tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your package.


Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping may be available during special promotions or on orders that qualify. Any available shipping offers will be shown at checkout.

What happens if my package is delayed?
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other unexpected situations. We recommend checking your tracking information for the latest updates.


What if my package says delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Please check with neighbors, your mailbox, front desk, or local carrier first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will do our best to help.


Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, we will do our best to update the address. Once the order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
