Sizing FAQ

How do I know what size to choose?
Each product description includes sizing details such as chain length, bracelet size, ring size, or extender length when available. We recommend checking the measurements before placing your order.

What is the standard necklace length?
Most necklaces are between 16–20 inches, depending on the style. An 18-inch necklace is one of the most common sizes and usually sits around the collarbone area.

Do necklaces come with extenders?
Some necklaces include an extender, usually around 2 inches, so you can adjust the fit and wear it shorter or longer depending on your preference.

How do I choose the right bracelet size?
Measure your wrist with a soft measuring tape or string. For a comfortable fit, add about 0.5 inch to your wrist measurement. For a looser fit, add about 1 inch.

How do I find my ring size?
You can measure a ring you already own or use a ring sizing guide. For the best fit, measure your finger at the end of the day when your hands are at a normal temperature.

What if I am between sizes?
For rings, we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort. For bracelets or necklaces, check if the item includes an extender or adjustable closure.

Are all jewelry pieces adjustable?
Not all pieces are adjustable. Please check each product description to see if the item includes an extender, adjustable chain, or flexible sizing.

Can I request a custom size?
At this time, custom sizing may not be available for all items. Please contact us before placing your order if you need help choosing the best size.

What if the jewelry does not fit?
Please review our Return Policy to see if your item is eligible for return or exchange. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
